Speedy Cleaners Berkshire Ltd - Terms and ConditionsDefinitions We/Us/Our: Refers to Speedy Cleaners Berkshire Ltd. You/Your: Refers to the client receiving our services. Services: Refers to the cleaning services provided by Speedy Cleaners Berkshire Ltd.General Terms1. These terms and conditions form the agreement between Speedy Cleaners Berkshire Ltd and the client.Cancellation Policy2.1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if notice is given more than 24 hours before the scheduled service. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the quoted balance. 2.2. Non-Arrival of Cleaner: - If a cleaner does not show up at your property, we will, where possible, provide a replacement cleaner. - If it is not possible to provide a replacement cleaner with little notice, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered for the missed service.Promotions and Discounts3.1. Any promotional offers, including discounted rates for a specified number of cleaning sessions (e.g., discounted rates for 5 or more cleans), are subject to the following conditions: - If you cancel the agreement before completing the specified number of cleans, you will be required to pay the difference between the promotional rate and the standard rate for any services already delivered. - The balance of the standard rate for services rendered will be due immediately upon cancellation. Non-Solicitation of Staff4.1. You agree not to employ, directly or indirectly, any cleaner or staff member of Speedy Cleaners Berkshire Ltd for private work outside of this agreement. 4.2. Breach of this clause will result in legal action, and you will be liable for compensation equivalent to six months of the cleaner’s wages. Liability5.1. We are not liable for any damage or loss to your property unless caused by negligence on the part of our staff. 5.2. You are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items prior to the commencement of our services. Complaints6.1. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
